The cool rain drops as they run down your skin…

The power and beauty of the lightning as it lights up the sky…
Smell…
The fresh clean breeze that the rain and wind drag in.
The wind, howls as it tears past you.
The storm rages on.
The rain begins to clatter even louder and faster than before.
And you feel like the world has turned it’s back upon you.
You cry aloud but nobody…can hear you over the storm.
Tears are hidden because of the down pour.
You are lost to the world…
But then… Someone’s arms wrap around you.
And you feel you feel warmth flood from their body and into yours…
You are now shielded from the rain…
As you look into their eyes… You feel at home.
Soon… the rain begins to stop…
And the clouds unveil the sun…
A rainbow can be seen on the horizon…
There’s always beauty after the storm…
And time stood still
I feel the steady, rise and fall of my chest…
The drumming beat of my heart, rhythmically pounding inside my breast.
A chill running up my spine.
As I look at you, and pull you close the feeling is simply divine.
